The first Fitness In The Park event went pretty well. A group of 14 participants showed up and I was absolutely chaffed. Those who attended wanted this to be an every weekend event but unfortunately because of time constraints it’s not yet viable.
However, the monthly meet ups will continue to take place until the end of the year. This month the theme is childhood games. Remember how we were always outside playing one game or another? From hop scotch, to dodge ball and even skipping. Those games kept the weight off and we didn’t even realise it. I remember I hardly ever felt hungry during the day because I was having too much fun playing. This month, let’s bring those memories back. Exercise does not have to be a chore. As long as your body is moving you are on the right path.
The event is open to everyone and it is free. Bring your children along, I know they would love to watch you in action and also beat you to a game or two.

✔Skipping session with bodyweight workout
A total of 2 hours working out!
