February: World Heart Month

February is World Heart Month. One of the ways to keep your heart in check is to do regular exercises.  I already do this seeing that I am a part of team fitness but I would like to encourage you to also take a few steps towards a healthier lifestyle.  Below is a diagram I found on the internet that I think will be of great use.



Don’t let February be the only time you go an extra mile to take care of your heart, let it be a lifetime decision.
